This is the CUTEST little Strawberry Jam Jar!
Made in the 1950's by the Hazel Atlas Glass Company, this 3.5" Jar is the PERFECT Vintage item for anyone who loves to make Strawberry Jam....or the person who simply loves to eat StrawberryJam! It's in very good Vintage Condition!
Also....many food experts agree that Jellies and jams do not need to go in the fridge because they have a water activity of around 0.80, and their pH is usually around 3. So they don't have enough moisture to support bacteria and are too acidic for them as well. I remember my Grandparents always had at least two different kinds of jams on the table at all times!
